(М4)Просторная трехкомнатная квартира в самом центре Санкт-Петербурга, с видом на Невский проспект. 3 минуты пешком до м. Пл. Восстания и Московского вокзала, ТРЦ "Галерея". В квартире имеется сауна, кондиционер, посудомоечная машина, подогрев полов в ванной. Доступ в квартиру осуществляется с помощью электронного ключа. В подъезде ведется видеонаблюдение, установлен новый лифт фирмы "Отис". Так же к Вашим услугам: высокоскоростной Wi-Fi, цифровое ТВ, аудиосистема 5.1. При проживании от 10 суток, гостям предоставляется бесплатная уборка и смена постельного белья. Парковочное место в закрытом дворе с охраной и видеонаблюдением, цена 800 рублей в сутки.
Квартира сдается исключительно для проживания. В квартире категорически запрещается проведение различных мероприятий (отмечать праздники, встречи выпускников, устраивать вечеринки любого плана). Курение в квартире не допускается.

В цену уже включена стоимость уборки, коммунальных услуг, интернета. При заселении гостям предоставляются: постельное белье, полотенца, тапочки, банные принадлежности. В квартире имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания, посуда, бытовая техника.

Арендовали эту квартиру с 12.06 по 25.06.2016 и остались очень довольны. Фотографии на сайте соответствуют реальному виду квартиры. Свежий ремонт, приятный интерьер, потрясающий вид из окна. Имеется вся необходимая бытовая техника и даже больше. Все грамотно продумано. Квартира чистая и не прокуренная. В договоре я указала, что у нас в семье есть аллергики-по приезду увидела идеальную чистоту и гипоаллепгенную бытовую химию. Над квартирой работает команда профессионалов, которая сделалала наш отдых максимально приятным от момента бронирования до выезда. Very efficient and accommodating. The apartment was very spacious and clean - looks exactly like it does in pictures. The location was perfect, on a very vibrant street. Our family of five (two adults and kids ages 18, 15, 10) had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Любовь's communication was terrific throughout - she answered many questions before we booked and was always available by SMS when we had a question. The management service she uses was punctual and flexible. Our outbound flight was very early (we had to leave the apartment at 5 am) and they were there to meet us early in the morning to pick up our keys and return our deposit. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has good air conditioning in the main area. The bedrooms are not air conditioned, but this wasn't an issue for us as Saint Petersburg stays relatively cool and we prefer to sleep with windows open. We didn't have a chance to use the sauna (we have one at home and use one regularly), but it's nice to have that option. The elevator is slightly bigger than the typical elevator and this made it easier to move luggage in/out. The location was terrific - near the main train station, near two subway stations, and right on Nevsky Prospect. Good grocery stores within a few minutes, a big mall nearby if you need to buy anything or see a movie, and easy access to taxis or Uber. Plenty of places to eat, have coffee, or get a drink nearby. We enjoyed our daily walks down Nevsky Prospect into the main areas of the City (our family likes to walk - typically about 15 km every day - and this location gave us a great way to explore the city in many different directions). отзыв с сайта airbnb Июль 2016

stayed in this spacious, modern and well equipped apartment for 10 days. The host was fantastic, very attentive and helpful. The apartment is very well located, close to two shopping centers, on Nevsky Pr. only 15-20 min. walk from the Hermitage. And the apartment is super and very spacious. La descripción y las fotos son correctas. El piso es muy espacioso, todo nuevo y muy limpio. No diría que el piso es exactamente de lujo, pero es super confortable, algunos detalles de decoración son de diseño. Está todo bien cuidado, encontraréis todo lo que necesitáis para una estancia agradable, tranquila y comoda. Está situado super bien: en Nevskyi, la principal y la más bonita avenida de la ciudad, justo enfrente de la estación del tren y del metro. Todos los principales lugares de interés están cerca andando. Las ventanas salen a Nevskyi, pero si dormís con las ventanas cerradas, es bastante silencioso. Las camas son muy comodas. El rellano (el portal) da un poco de grima, pero el piso lo compensa. Total, 5 estrellas, nos ha encantado! Lo recomiendo, hay sitio para dos parejas de sobra (dos dormitorios con dos camas dobles), así que de precio al final sale muy bien y la relación calidad-precio vale la pena.
